All products carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. UK orders on coffee machines and grinders receive a 2-year back-to-base warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
```To initiate a return, contact us at contact@thefoodcafe.co.uk within the 14-day window. We will provide return instructions. Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Returned items must be:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any items not returned in resalable condition.
The following cannot be returned: bespoke or custom-configured orders, items that have been used or installed, consumables (coffee beans, filters, cleaning products) once opened.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct any restocking fee or costs to return the item to resalable condition.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.

We ship to all UK mainland addresses. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and international orders may be subject to additional charges and extended delivery times — please contact us before ordering.
```Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 2 working days.
Standard UK delivery takes 1–5 working days from dispatch. Larger items (espresso machines, grinders) may require a specialist courier and take 2–5 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Delivery charges are calculated at the point of sale based on item size, weight, and delivery location. Free delivery may be available on qualifying orders — this will be confirmed during the ordering process.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to us after the courier's holding period. Re-delivery charges may apply.
All orders are carefully packaged. If your item arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
